Fins under the gearbox bulge in the diffuser? It seems to be a first.

The floor stakes go all the way to the bargeboards. Looks like the ends are splayed like VGs too.

No, teams have been doing this I believe since 2014. Sauber just had a slightly more extreme version.

Engine cover in atleast four parts, I wonder if it's just to fine tune cooling.

Looking at the floor picture. I'm thinking that the idea of the slots is to do just as we see it here. Drawing air from the top side of the floor to ensure that it is sealing the floor. But clearly it's also "stealing" air from the diffuser. So the math is that it's stealing less air from the diffuser than would be lost if it didn't seal the floor. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Air that's "naturally" going away from diffuser is being used to seal the floor with floor side slots. Rear tyres are driving loads of air on top of the floor outward, acting as huge air dams.

This CFD post from Vyssion clearly shows the trend in front of rear tyres. Fences on the inside of those tyres are there to increase pressure in that zone, thus feeding the underside with more air and seal the floor. Also, a vortex forms on top of those fences, I think it helps with diffuser sealing as well. Vyssion's model doesn't have floor slots, yet trend is the same as that flow viz paint. :)
