Russell has Sky and other British media on his side. If a non-British driver pulled the moves that Russell did in Canada, they would be asking for a race ban.

Oh, and Red Bull and Mercedes are British teams, by the way. Formerly Stewart Racing and Tyrrell Racing respectively. Both registered as companies in the UK even if some of the money comes from over the Channel.
