Red Bull RB20

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

Yes
They are the same pictures with a little bit different angles.
The photographer messed up somehow and posted the same pictures for RB20 and AMR24

The pull rod..They could be analyzing it's rigidity. It could be flexing on rebound.

Think they'll also track the overall movement dynamics across the lap and different conditions, this is something that does not correlate well with simulator when running over curbs and bumps.

Red Bull: fixes and updates scheduled in the coming weeks

The problem could arise from multiple fronts. The first could concern the unsprung masses of the car..........
Another possibility could concern a lack of understanding of the settings on the various dampers which in the global suspension scheme take on the task of absorbing energy and returning it in certain ways................
---------------
---------------
Ultimately, we recently learned that the Milton Keynes team is working hard on this aspect. Although as mentioned the issue cannot be resolved in the short term. The team is carrying out various tests in the factory and hopes to be able to "fix" this defect of the RB20 before the summer break.
In the meantime the team will continue to update the car. In fact, some updates are already planned for the next Grands Prix which will increase the overall performance of the single-seater. Upgrades necessary, as the opponents are increasingly closer and more aggressive.

High downforce beamwing which was announced at Monaco but not posted here.

Rb's previous high df BW debuted at Bahrain 2023, so presumably they've made a good step with it since then

Yet more inlet tweaks. They say the sidepod/floor changes are cooling related but hard to believe

Interested to see what's going on with the beamwing/endplate

The Europe races are traditionally quite warm, so it does make sense.
