Marcus Ericsson to Sauber 2015..
YOu can't go making sense in the silly season thread..!!Richard wrote:Hamilton ditching his manager does start to make sense about why he delayed finalising his contract extension. Would any of us want to have someone negotiating on our behalf when you actually wanted to give them the boot?
Dont trust Marca they are absolutely ridiculous.Redragon wrote:Obviously Marca is a spanish newspaper and they want Alo on Mercedes but they are reporting
that negotiations between Ham and Merc are not going well

If it was only about renewing contract that would have happen earlier, the fact Ham changes his management on the middle of negotations it is a bit suspicious IMO
But will see this is F1 and everything could happen
no sutil and thank god, finally. raging idiot. not to mention his fantastic ability adjusting to the new formula...Racer X wrote:Hamilton's case makes sense the way you put it. Ericsson to Sauber does this mean no Sutil or bye bye Telmex?
Finally some sense. This was clearly a problem with length of contract for Alonso/McLaren and maybe, as he's probably more a Honda employee than McLaren, something to do with Alonso/Honda agreements that they can walk from McLaren to supply another team (RB :-" ) if the cars no good.Sasha wrote:More and more people are stating that Alonso will be with Mclaren Honda next year with the Dane. There was a hold up because of lenght of contract but they settled on two years rather than the three + one years.
And about the rumors about the Honda PU is behind and having problems.Mclaren stated it was funny all those rumors where coming from Italy. No worries about the Honda PU.
Telmex leaving Sauber in my mind makes sense I wouldn't continue to fund Gutierrez he's mediocre he keeps driving like a rookie... He's taking funds that could go to backing Perez..noel wrote:no sutil and thank god, finally. raging idiot. not to mention his fantastic ability adjusting to the new formula...Racer X wrote:Hamilton's case makes sense the way you put it. the other seat will go to van der garde apparently. someone has to pull sauber out of their financial crisis.
Its been a sad decent for Sauber.kooleracer wrote:Esteban had 2 seasons to prove himself and he hasn't impressed at all. But if Sauber signs V/D Garde that would be one of the worst line-ups in F1 history. Bianchi's crash has been really unfortunate because I think Ferrari would have put Jules in that seat for next year. 1 quick driver and one paydriver is the way to go for Sauber. But two paydrivers will be detrimental to the teams performance next year.
