Colour saturation between the grass/helmet doesn't match the saturation of the livery also, I don't believe Williams have used any filming days?turbof1 wrote:Not sure if this really belongs here, but according to f1today.net a picture of the martini livery got leaked:

It could still be a photoshop, but they say it's a leaked picture.
I don't think you can really determine whether it is a photoshop based on the saturation of colours as the image looks to have been "shopped" with an aged film look. The saturation of the livery could be due to the filter reducing the gamma in the blues and reds as well boosting the gamma in the greens which saturates and desaturates respectively.Marc.W wrote:Colour saturation between the grass/helmet doesn't match the saturation of the livery also, I don't believe Williams have used any filming days?turbof1 wrote:Not sure if this really belongs here, but according to f1today.net a picture of the martini livery got leaked:

I doubt the Williams Paint Shop would come up with such a revolting livery. The Martini colours are ripe for a really classy design, this is amateurish and poorly conceived. Makes the elegant FW36 look unganely because the livery doesn't compliment the lines of the car.Shakeman wrote:I don't think you can really determine whether it is a photoshop based on the saturation of colours as the image looks to have been "shopped" with an aged film look. The lack of a filming day isn't proof of hoax either as I'd expect them to have made many test renders of the livery and could easily be a render composited over the background which is pretty standard fair.
For me the jury is out, the livery does look nice.
It would be marvellous if the form Williams has shown in testing is real and they're a front runner again.
That appeared on the WTF1 page on Facebook, with a caption saying it was created in Forza 5 ...JDC123 wrote:https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bh0pFmcCUAAB0fo.jpg
