The RB, being perfectly balanced out of the box in the majority of times, have balance issues even after FP3. That's a first.
Verstappen's car seemed fine after FP3. He had his usual gap to Perez as well. I watched his onboards, and it's much better than yesterday. There's only 1 corner in S2 where they are still struggling (I think it's T13?)

He also said, rears were sliding in the 3rd sector. I suspect these small issues will go away in the night session. FP3 isn't really a representative session.

Max literally said it felt like a drift car.

You can see in my post where I said the rear is sliding in s3 and the telemetry in the next post. He matched Sainz in all but 2 corners with his drift car.

Appart from acceleratiom hit, softening the shift can also burn out the clutch. We've seen it on mclaren a number of years back when they were struggling with similar problem (bahrain?) and it took both cars out of the race eventually

You said he's car seems fine after FP3. His time was down on Sainz. Unfortunately a lap time accounts for all corners which is why Max was complaining. And also why RB are changing the set up.

Be sure to remember that for all teams.

If Max puts it on pole position I'll eat a slice of black pudding.

That's a bit of a stretch isn't it?

How is getting the back end of the car off to completely change set up = "the car is fine after FP3" to then "remember that for all teams".

If all was well as you suggest we wouldn't be seeing this.

Maybe they got the data to improve into qualifying which is why they are doing a set up change. We'll see.

Brundle saying RB running lower than FP sessions.

Also they had their own photographer taking photos of the car on the track...

Stroll needs to be out of F1. He is too wild.
You could see he has no sense of keeping things under control and too eratic.
For Sure!!

Yep. Time to put him out of his misery. I’d imagine the investors will put pressure on Lawrence for his departure.

As soon as we joined him onboard, 3 corners or so previous, you could see him building up to the accident.

I saw that stoll crash coming from TV 3 corners before it happened. Overdriving it so obviously its crazy.
