What did they do to the rear light? Change for the sake of change. More dynamic , representing the more Formula e type character of the series???

It was perfect. clean design, very visible and established.

So the track can't be too wet. Probably just very light rain spitting.

The times were set in the morning. At around 11 it started raining. Since then, it has been reported that both Charles and Max have gone out on wet tires, but I don't know how many laps they've done.

It seems nobody else except those two have run today. Private testing for Ferrari and RedBull

I am very curious to see how the SF-26 will perform in rainy conditions.

Seeing the pictures posted so far I think the tire selections are more interesting (and wrong?) than we thought?
Most pictures from yesterday showed the Soft tire. Some have the Mediums, but I did not see Hard tires. Even for Merc, who did an immense amount of laps and usually likes Hards, I saw mainly pictures with Soft tires.
Ferrari today in colder conditions on Mediums.
Many teams sacrificed Inters and Wets for installation laps. Wets on a completely dry track...sounds like they are not eager to run them again.

So my questions:
- Did RedBull do everything right with their choice of mainly Softs?
- Did Ferrari do it wrong with Mediums instead?
- Were Wets mandatory? We see two sets for each team or more.

It's got the rear facing camera in the centre of the light.

The old one looked like it was put together by a 3 year old using lego

If I remember it correctly there was a manual on how to put together this light by the FIA. And it strongly reminded me of these electronics learning kits we had at school.

Did anyone else run except for Max and Leclerc today? Seems like a burner day.
