I hope this isn't their final design, i want to see some yellow back on the engine cover which looked really good last year with this new colour of green.scuderiafan wrote:Are Caterham running a test livery or will this be the same design they race all season?
there definately won't be any yellow, but there should be a more dark green present and a lime green. just check their GP2 car.JDC123 wrote:I hope this isn't their final design, i want to see some yellow back on the engine cover which looked really good last year with this new colour of green.scuderiafan wrote:Are Caterham running a test livery or will this be the same design they race all season?
The implication is that they are still hunting for rear downforce, not front. And yes, it certainly does produce a little bit of lift at the front.MBilcke wrote:http://imgur.com/4YqGGul.jpg
I think they have a lot of guts with that nose-job, and I don't think it is that terrible.
Everybody knows the layout of these noses is artificial and unwanted by most,
so why shoud they hide that if this is what works for them.
All I wonder about is if the underside of the bulkhead does not create lift,
while all we are looking for is downforce?
Thats the front wing...
Damnit, can't it be tomorrow already...
