If Ferrari releases video just few days before launch of new car and uses a car from years ago ... why on earth would Mercedes show a glimpse of new car 3 weeks before official release and obviously they'll be running w02 in Jerez ... I CALL IT FAKE!

The W02 was a short ass. The MP4-26 a long one.

Brawn said the W03 would have a longer wheelbase, but didn't specify of course.
I'm thinking it may still be a short wheelbase car...

Although I guess with EBD's gone they may feel the advantage of a shorter wheelbase remains

I am thinking the same thing. Or maybe a slightly stretched car, but with a short floor.

Looking at the mp 4-27 the team has gone for a shorter wheelbase whereas mercedes are going for a longer wheelbase .. will have to wait and see which is the right way to go about [-o< ..

Who told you Mercedes is going for a LWB?

Brawn was quoted in an autosport interview stating that the shorter wheelbase along with the high CoG was one of the contributors to the tyre degradation and lack of pace and that this year the car would feature a longer wheelbase compared to the W02

New Mclaren's wheelbase is still longer than W02 & still fairly long. Just a little shorter than last year with EBD going away

RB, and as a matter of fact, nobody from the team has ever mentioned that the W03 will be LWB. I don't think they will increase the WB significantly. Every team will be shortening WB this season.

Well that picture dont know how authentic,but the front suspension looks a lot more complex than Mclaren's. The nose looks quite low,very low in fact. I dont know much clean air they will get under it,surely not as much as Carteham's. If this is for RRH allright,if not I got a feeling they are f***ed.

Other than it is impossible to say anything from that picture

Mercedes AMG were kind enough to inform me that the car pictured is NOT the 03 as I'm sure your all aware by now.
They did however mention a teaser is in the pipeline....
