Ok, from the top of my head, since I read it recently - who was the only driver to score no points in a championship won by his team-mate?

That's a clever interpretation from my question, but Jarier only had 2 starts in the Lotus in 1978, after Peterson's death. I didn't mean my question as tricky, so I'm looking for a regular team-mate (like Peterson was to Andretti in 1978).

That's the answer I was looking for, X.

David Walker was Fittipaldi's team-mate at Lotus in 1972. The reasons for his debacle depend on the source, but the material that Dave had at his disposal was generally older that Emerson's.

Seeing as this thread has gone quiet and that this absolute stinker of a question is begging to be asked, I'll have a go at posting one.

What was the first F1 car to use carbon fibre?

Yeah, but we had this question several times. It is probably the most published innovation in F1.
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)

Due to comments like the above, I had to take a brief time out, but here we go again;

When was the last time a non piston-engined car competed in an F1 GP?

Car, race, who drove and qualifying position?

Close Gary, but the car raced later than that.

You're right. It did. I was too hasty! I've subsequently looked it up but since I didn't get it right first time, I'll withdraw and let someone else grab the baton this time! :-D
