Are the so low? I thought that the crash structure was above the radiator?

2014 PU will be used right?

It doesn't have to. They'll start last and finish last most of the time anyways.
Rivals, not enemies.

Are they not going to use 2015 spec engines when they introduce their 2015 car? If this is true, how will the 4 engines per season rule work if say they have to replace an engine the race before they introduce the new car?

Not sure where I saw it, but I read an article about a week ago which said that when the team introduce their new 2015 car later in the year it will use the 2015 Ferrari engine. As of this moment, all of the articles I can find only reference the verbal agreement to supply 2014 spec. Ferrari engines for the modified 2014 Manor car.

Metal front bulkhead?... must be for quick adaptation of the chassis.. So already a compromise on weight.
It was always a metal bulkhead on the marussia mro3. I presume this is why it was easy to change this to meet the 2015 regs. Just redusing the size of the bulkhead

What changes have there been to the bulkhead rules?

I don't see anything here:

I honestly don't see much scope to modify a bulkhead that is already incorporated into an existing chassis.
Not the engineer at Force India

this part has been added to 15.4.4:
"No part of the survival cell, nor any part rigidly attached to it (with the exception of the panel
of prescribed laminate referred to in Article 3.7.9), may lie above a diagonal line starting
525mm above the reference plane at A-A and rising to 625mm above the reference plane at a
point 375mm behind A-A."

The new manor is more McLaren than McLaren.
Does anyone have comparison pictures with 2051 vs 2014 model?

Looks like they just put a ~20cm section in front of the old bulkhead to meet the new rules. That will give a really long nose.
