I think a Porsche Carrera GT costs even more than that! I know it costs £295,000 which is about $560,000 :!:

I love Porsches... I used to own and race a 1968 one until I smashed it up. It was one of the very rare and little known Austro-Porsche Formula Vee's. They were built by Porsche Salzburg in the late 1960's at the behest of VW. My car launched Brian Hentons career and launched itself into the barriers in the hands of every owner and as a result is thought to be haunted. Crazy. It maybe the smallest engined Porsche racer ever - 1,300cc.
bit mor here http://www.rallybugs.com/btling2.htm

But I wish Porsche offered a little two litre charger (maybe blown) - a sub boxster if you will. But for me I have two lottery win cars - an Audi RS6 and a Porsche Cayman (not S). And my Austro back.

Say what you want about the Cayenne, but it was able to go around the full Nurburgring quicker then the late 60's F1 cars of the day could.

Ehh.. A boost for the economy?
