Naturally the rumors have gotten out of hand due to the public theater,,,

Has anyone stopped to consider the improbability of every big player suddenly jumping to Ferrari? How would Ferrari pay for all of these people? In the last week Newey, Balbo, and Wache are all going to Ferrari with Serra...

Does this pass a critical thinking assessment?
Add Bono, Shov, and Musconi to that list. With the premium salaries they'll be paying all of these foreign recruits they won't have any employees left. The meetings will just be these 6 guys talking.

Serra is arriving but also Sanchez, Mekies and other senior Binotto guys have been sent packing by Fred so I would say there is room for a signing or two. Even after Fallows and other high profile poaches AMR were knocking on Allison's door remember
That is a good point. Budget cap may not be as limiting as we think if teams such as AMR or Ferrari are continuously trying to poach big engineers from rival teams. It just takes a bit of financial wizardry in the style of sailboats, WEC, catering or Advanced Technologies

Masterplan would be Audi to withdraw and Sauber to return as a Ferrari B-team, it would be a great place for Vasseur to station the ones he poached to many, and just to lock them there, removing them from the market.

Sometime mid of last year, reports came out that both Enrico Balbo and Pierre Wache declined Ferrari's offer as neither wanted to move out of UK.
Why would a Frenchman prefer to live in Milton-Keynes than Maranello? :?:

The job security? It can't preferring British pubs and the weather & lifestyle, can it?! Is it really nicer in Milton-Keynes than Maranello?!

Makes sense if they were bachelors. If they are married and if the spouses happens to be brits or their children are young and studying in UK. There may be so many personal reasons.

It'll be all those roundabouts in and around Milton Keynes.

Biggest barrier is probably just learning a new language, even if it's not far off from french
