Reflecting on that article - a couple of things.

Debated to death previously - there can hardly be any argument that they were using an illegal car (the report does note that only one of the podium teams was immediately cleared - either Ferrari or McLaren IIRC). I also think that there was suspicion that other teams had illgeal systems too.

I wonder (with hindsight) whether the WMSC were lenient given the events of the day and not wanting to bring a further downer on F1 as a whole?

Yes, one of the more popular conspiracy theories says the FIA was keen to hide that "Senna died trying to beat an illegal car".

It's actually the "Konami Code" as it could be used in a lot of their games. Contra was probably the most popular game to use the code, or at least, the most popular use of the code was in Contra.

I have to say that is some pretty clever work by benneton, flav seems not so good in cheating and concealing things anymore lately he seems to have lost some italian characteristics :lol:
