I was about to say the rear end reminds me a little of the Countach. And this car is the first since the Countach to really be a lil boys bedroom poster job. Its the first lambo since the 1970's to really look well, different in a whole new way.

Chances are, this big-boned Lambo will get owned on a track by the F430 Scuderia. Even though they are not direct comparisons whatsoever.

From Wikipedia:
The Reventón is named after a fighting bull according to Lamborghini tradition. The car's namesake, owned by the Don Rodriguez family, is best known for killing famed bullfighter Felix Guzman in 1943.

Yes, it cannot be compared to the F430 Scuderia, even though the F430 is faster around a track, bu then no Lambo has ever beaten a Ferrari on a track. Lambos are all about straight line speed, which the LP640 has in abundance, it did 207mph on the TG airfield and beat the mental CCX(192mph) by 15mph!! Crazy! Only the Enzo or a beefed up 612 can be compared with it.

Exactly what a modern day lamborghini should look like.
It will be the most powerful and expensive Lamborghini to date, costing one million euro
Apparently not for long;

"Lamborghini is rushing to unleash a monstrous, lightweight, rear-drive rocketship supercar late next year, as a last hurrah for Lamborghini’s Murcielago. Sources at Sant’Agata insist the new V12 flagship car will have even more power than the 650bhp Reventón, and will be crushingly fast in a straight line."
