As you said pgj, that "Ferrari-tax" has not been unknown to the other teams, but either way, if FOTA can stick together they hold a formidable tool against FOM now.
Without the profiteers and together with sensible cost-cuts, F1 should be in good shape for the future, unless the dynamic-duo comes up with some utrageous game-plan to stay in power.
