That is unlikely because if Hamilton were to crash into Verstappen and neither finishes, Max will win due to a countback. Max on the other hand can win the championship if Lewis does not finish.

I can understand why people think Max can crash into Lewis intentionally though. Lewis has never intentionally crashed into another driver. Max on the other hand has exhibited a "let me through or we'll both crash" mentality several times now this year.
