Same old car, in respect to RRB no one should have expected that they will show the actual car 3 weeks in advance of preseason testing, its just not what RBR would ever do, they usually do he actual launch of the car on day 1 of preseason test.
There's no way Red Bull would show the other teams their car this early.
i very much doubt it's close to being built yet :D
Yes that's the Red Bull way  . There wouldn't be a car to show even if they wanted to.

Last year in Barcelona, the RB18 looked like it had been glued together in the hour before the test.

They've been pretty disingenuous as of late, from their overspending scandal to 2 years of lying about their new car at launch

I don't understand this. What's the point of launch events if you don't launch anything on 3rd february? Just show the car on testing

I wonder if they will have a testing livery which is similar to the camo design in the background of the helmet.

Max Verstappen signs with EA SPORTS

Electronic Arts Inc. today announced that EA SPORTS, a leader in interactive sports entertainment, has signed a partnership with back-to-back Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen. The agreement will see the Oracle Red Bull Racing driver collaborate with the brand to create content across the EA SPORTS portfolio. The deal also includes sponsorship with Verstappen for the 2023 season, with EA SPORTS branding featuring on the chin of his race helmet.

“Max is a tenacious competitor and true champion who shares a deep love of games and play,” said Andrea Hopelain, Senior Vice President of Brand for EA SPORTS & Racing. “As he races into Formula 1 history, we are excited to collaborate with him as one of the best athletes in the world to bring more fans together through our EA SPORTS experiences.”

“Whether it’s playing games with my friends or staying competitive when away from the track, EA SPORTS has always been a big part of my life,” said Max Verstappen. “EA SPORTS is an icon for so many millions of fans, and I’m proud to represent them for the 2023 season.”

Wow that's a very different looking helmet. and a very fascinating sponsorship deal. I reckon they are paying 7-8 figures for that.

Haha the actual surprise and anger over this event showing nothing. It’s the same every year. All this is, is promoting the new sponsors, and giving the netflix crowd an event to put on their socials and take a few selfies.

It’s a shame what F1 is turning into, but money rules everything now.

Wake me up in Bahrain FP1

It’s a shame what F1 is turning into, but money rules everything now, and the American market is relatively virgin ground. Literally 90% of the people who watched that or were there, have absolutely no idea about f1.

Bahrain testing you mean? I'd like to know what the cars look like before FP1

Apparently Red Bull will run 3 fan designed liveries this season at the three US races

That's huge.

Actually, I couldn't understand if it were three different liveries, or one livery used in the three US races. It was a but unclear. Heck, the entire presentation seemed like it was made up this morning.

"Red Bull team boss Christian Horner also states that the Ford deal looks very different from what was originally intended in combination with Porsche.

Red Bull got the best of both worlds. The Ford deal probably involves full funding of the power unit operation.

Interestingly, the engine manufacturer seems to be registered as Red Bull Ford according to FIA.
