Is anyone in Singapore ?

I've read that its been raining every day but then dry's up for the evening, is this right, if it not a wet race could it be a damp start?

Seems like it going to be drizzling for the race. Race is starting at 8PM Local time and the forecast is light rain.

Mercedes are slow this weekend but it's obviously because Hamilton is a weak driver.

Now I'm not a fan of any particular team or driver, but I do value logic, which your argument lacks entirely. Please check yourself before you so obviously bash a driver and his fans.

The post before was total garbage but is pretty clear if Hamilton had made a qualy lap like Vettel yesterday did. Everybody here would have talked about a monster lap or how a true champion Hamilton is....

Yes, and rightfully so don't you think. It's seldom that we see a driver score clearly better than the car merits. And they're always one of the greats. Didn't happen this time.

Forecasts suggest the rain is here to stay, suddenly it becomes an exciting race because overtaking is now possible, I just hope we have a standing start like we did in china.

Actually, looking at the standing . It is very strange too see a very strong champion with a car that performs better in every race ( street tracks apart) have only 7 points on Vettel. Don't you think?

Vettel and Ferrari aren't exactly slouches, don't you think Merc. have been faster on more tracks, but on a lot of them the gap to Ferrari was marginal. Or Mr. Hamilton was having off days, like in Russia. Vettel has been more consistently quick this season. It's a little bit like 2010 where Vettel had the better car and Hamilton kept at it until the final race. Now the roles look to be reversed with the cars, but let's wait for the remaining races to pass final judgment. I expect Ferrari to have an ace up their sleeve with the new engine.

Not really when the guy in second has a 'get Kimi out of my way' button on his wheel.

In that case is always the champion makes the difference.

In that case actually the superior merc engine power makes the difference and allows to defend or gain a track position.
