In terms of Lando I believe the car has the capability to clear everyone in front till the Red Bulls however because we had incidents in every race so far with other cars hitting us from various places we have to be as safe as possible. Considering what happened last year in Portimao I am confident that Lando will start clearing car after car in front for the first two laps but then he needs to be careful cause like last year the softs died quickly.

I hope that Ricciardo will also bounce back today. He will probably choose the more durable tyre to go for one less pit stop?

It's going to be a 1 stop race, tyre choice is too conservative. Hards can last 1.5 race distances.

According to Pirelli the fastest strategy is Soft - Medium... With Medium soft been very close.

Been on Mediums on the second stint might be the preferable strategy since you can potentially push until the end while the soft may need some nursing at the end of the race.

Good start both cars. Perez on mediums ahead, chance for Lando to jump at the restart.

Not the super ideal start but we got Ocon. Now we got to pass Perez quickly in order to chase Sainz before he gets too far.

Good start, nice driving from Lando to get to P6 and now he can attack Perez... The Safety Car is good news for the one starting on Softs, not only it allows for a better restart, it also allows to extend the first stint a bit.

Yes, it helps... Specially if they want to go Softs / Medium... Making the medium tire stint potentially shorter too.

RIC been already ahead of Alo and Tsu is really positive

Softs are starting to die. Bothers me that Danny could have done better than that.He has a much faster car than most in front.
