AMUS says Audi's problems are all hydraulics related. So it's like a Newey car from the early 2000s

Those responsible have so far been relatively tight-lipped when asked about the cause of the problems. According to information from auto motor und sport, it was mainly defects and leaks in the vicinity of the hydraulics that caused the high failure rate. With the new cars, the system has become much more complicated. For example, the front wing adjustment is now also connected to the hydraulics.

Wheatley poached Lee Stevenson (former Chiefmechanic of Max) from RBR. I wonder what he is doing now after Wheatley is gone.
He also poached Verstappen's chief mechanic (Matt Caller).
Indeed! Kind of repressed that.
Imagine getting poached from Red Bull and then the guy who convinced you leaves Audi after a year.

FIA should ban Nico Hulkenberg immediately for telling the fans who pay his salary to piss off.

If anything, from what I've read, Hulkenberg was taking side with the FIA and the rule changes.

And he isn't in any sense lacking respect to the fandom. Just says that you are not obliged to watch a show that you don't like.

He cannot say that unless he in a position to return the money I paid to the TV company for the year.

Well, I suppose Leonardo Di Caprio should reimburse you if you watched Django Unchained in cinema and it wasn't of your liking.

I'm seeing whispers of interest from Audi in Bearman.

If Binotto was very satisfied with the chassis, the situation changes completely when it comes to the power unit. Audi had to build the 2026 engine and its electrical part from scratch, facing one of the most complex technical revolutions in the premier class. The team principal did not hide the difficulties at the time: "If we measure the gap to the top teams, probably the biggest gap concerns the power unit: performance, control and drivability". The main problem mainly concerns the management of electricity deriving from the MGU-K alone, which became central after the elimination of the MGU-H. A situation that is putting several manufacturers in difficulty, but which Audi is paying particularly. "To improve the engine we will have to modify the hardware. We think that reaching the correct level by 2027 is not realistic, while 2028 could be the right time."

I agree with him.

If you don't like what F1 has become, go watch something else.
