I believe it was in Toca Race Driver and Race Driver 2...it certainly does look like one of the final corners (you can see the long drag-strip straight in the distance).

Yes it is Mantorp Park. In fact this is turn one. You cannot see the dragstrip in this picture, as it runs parallell with the start/finish straight.
