Confirmation of issue from Honda. Now we get to find out what the delta between the engines are but sadly hopes of Gasly getting points are gone. Hope its just a minor issue

So far there's quite a big one. Hartley nearly qualified the best of the rest in Q1 and within a second of the best. Gasly just missed out.

Wow. Gasly did not improve from his first run so could have made it to Q2 and knocked out Alonso what a turnaround. Mclaren with upgraded engine is just same speed as TR with old engine.

Hartley 2 tenths faster than 2 Mclarens, both with upgraded engines... Not bad at all

Hartley out qualified both McLaren, which he usually does NOT do. Unless we believe the TR chassis is as good as the McLaren or better, and/or somehow Hartley became a better driver than Alonso, then my thinking is, the Honda update is working pretty well.

Would have and ifs but one wonders in Gaslys hands the car would have been into Q3.

İt works well of course and I believe what both drivers said about engine based on engineers datas, it is better and faster. My point is, is it 3d best engine now or just match with renault

Gasly should take a brand new PU tomorrow. Take the grid penalty. race will be painful with that old worn out engine.

Gasly started FP3 with the old engine. Hartley has the new one. Hopefully it is a minor problem.

Not really, they said the issue was reported towards end of FP3. He was running ok in FP3. It does not spund terminal but then we know what minor issue means to Honda
