A sobering weekend and a reality check.

I think P7 was the best we could have got in good circumstances this weekend and it gives us a nice jolt and reminder of the things we need to work on.

We got left way out of position and in traffic so we didn’t get to see our true pace, but with Mercedes the ultimate benchmark I think every team has been reminded of the size of the task at hand.

All these throw away comments criticising all the mechanics hard work. So you are sure it was a terrible pitstop even though Carlos has said they did a good stop he just had to hold in the box for traffic.

Edit: Lando also said stops were fine. You guys can apologise to the mechanics that have been flat out for 3 weeks anytime.

You can't expect to win every time when the field is so close. Goes to show how everything has to be perfect to get the results.

I never said they didn't do any hard work but the pit stops so far weren't good enough costing us points in the first two GP. In this one they were the slowest in 3.6 Seconds while the next one was in 3 seconds. Considering we are all so close losing that 16 point gap is a hit that might cost us.

Keep a bit of perspective guys, look at the big picture. Yer things were not as rosey as most would want, but Year on year the graph is still going up

Exactly. Don't want to drive people away from visiting the forum but people should really log off for a few months, have a coke and a smile and give if a bloody rest.
Finally, everyone knows that Red Bull is a joke and Max Verstappen is overrated.

The graph is definately going up but to be a championship winning team you need to step up the game otherwise we will be stuck in 3rd or 4th position. It's sad though that some people prefer personal attacks instead of dialogue. I guess asking the team to take another step up is being a whiny bitch. How dare I ask that.

No worries. It's clear that we see great leaps every year but we must avoid these kinds of mistakes. There is a possibility that this championship might never be finished if we have another wave of coronavirus.

Also McG that is the second report you just got. I don't know you, you don't know me and I haven't insulted you. Keep going like that and you might have a time out soon.

We might have lost that 2nd place as expected by Mercedes and Red Bull but we must be currently 3rd if I'm correct. Next Race Silverstone and Mclaren is bringing an upgrade package that might turn the tables. I hope at least.

Now we wait to see what will the FIA decide regarding that Racing Point. No way they could have made a full copy of the car work without any outside help by just copying photos.

Last year they were 7th out of 10.
I read that RP thing is likely to take 3-4 weeks. Then if they rule against RP, expect an appeal. So basicly, the challenge Will be going on for most of the year.

I think Albon might get disqualified because RBR dried the ground in front of him at the start.

Is there gonna be though a full championship? I hear that coronavirus is gonna have a second wave. It's a pity though that we are now tied having lost that 16 point decifit.

On other news do we know what upgrades they might be preparing for Silverstone? I hear a package is coming.

They messed up when they didnt gamble with Norris. He was allready lost in the back. In a scenario like this, Button was the man to have in your car. Better luck next time.
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

P9 for Carlos after MAG and GRO 10 second penalties for using driver aids during the formation lap... No penalty for Albon

I suppose that is good. We gained one more point to gain an 1 point lead. On other news. What do you think of Toto Wolf slamming Mclaren and Ferrari because they want to sign the new Concorde Agreement? Why is he bothered by that?

I haven’t read the New Concorde Agreement, so no idea what could be bothering Toto
