All the usual pundits getting on Perez side, laughable. Getting caught 1-2 sec. A lap entitles you to nothing. He should be happy he may drive a RB.

Shameful of Redbull throwing Perez under the bus.
Not really. The speed difference between the two is huge on this track. PER probably benefits from being behind VER now. He got the preferential treatment on the first stop.

If you’re the team boss/strategist you’d do the same.

Perez got the better stop timing at the first pitstops, max on the second. Perez still gained over 10s net to max through the two stops. Why are people up in arms?

McLaren lost out quite alot, ALO benefits, but also has his move now braking late into Hugenholz and taking the lower line.
Alonso was p2 before stops, overtook everyone on track, didn't benefit at all even lost to Perez on strategy.

I mean they had a perfect gap for a double stop and then Perez threw that away. His own fault really.

No surprise from redbull.
Tell perez he will need to preserve the inter then tell Max a different story hence the 4 second per lap difference in Max favour.
And the cherry on top was the undercut with Max to put him ahead. This screams #2 driver role..yet some wont believe no matter what. :P

This race is all hap hazard. Russel losing out the most.
Hamilton had the biggest chance but the team did nothing to follow perez in.
Mclaren somewhat lost out as well.
Alonso doing a great job.
For Sure!!

No surprise from Ringo, lies and bs. =D>
Engineer told Max to preserve the tyres for incoming rain many many times.
They even didnt tell him that the rain was not coming anymore. Only when Max asked when he was on soft, they said the rain wasnt coming.
Of course Perez is #2 driver with Max on a record breaking streak in his home GP.

You say things without knowing the facts. Max's radio instructions were the same as perez's  if you want to try to make conclusions you should at least pay attention

You said 'This screams #2 driver role' as if you are some oracle. Everyone knows that Perez is the 2nd driver the championship gap is enough to show that. It's not like Max was shown preference in the first 4 races when Perez looked as though he might provide some challenge. When Max is going for a record equalling win, why is it surprising Max is given the better strategy.

looks like the Softs are by far the best tyres today. Albon and Piastri are the only ones which still need to use something else.

Sainz even considers to go to the end on softs. 60 laps. Lol
