Considering that Pat Symonds was also part of Singapore 2008 (he also got banned like Briatore, although not for life, before a court overturned it as well) and later became FIAs Chief Technical Officer from 2017-2024, this really isn't that controversial.

Flavio has already been in involved in current F1 for few years now. He's involved in organizing the Baku GP apparently and since 2022 has been running the paddock club for F1.

Budget cap is something he was calling for a long time, these conditions in F1 of less focus on technical play to his strengths.

Thanks for the correction. But whether it's for the FIA or Formula One Management, the point still stands, and he had an influental role in the sport in that time period (amongst other things, he was a big part of the creation of the current technical regulations).

Good! In my opinion Carlos is a wise choice. And for Carsol, I dont think Williams or Audi are better option than Alpine.
