To follow up, formula 1 cars can't cool themselves, they don't use radiators like a road car do, and therefore need a flow of air to cool down.

When a car comes into the pit the lack of airflow to the car (as they are not driving as speed) can cause parts to rapidly overheat, as such teams use blowers to cool certain parts down, such as the brakes.

At the moment Hamilton's only 1.3 off Button's fastest time. He did a 1.21:6 compared to Button/ Kimi's 1.20:3. It was said in a report that Kimi's time was achieved during a qualifying simulation, not sure about Button's. That BrawnGP car looks awful quick though. Button's apparently doing longer stints with all his times in the 20's low 21's. One thing I think we can be sure about this year is that the field seems to have closed up.

just put a tenner on button on the championship before the odds get slashed! i know far fetched but still...66/1 with so much unpredictability

It was said yesterday that they were using a new diffuser in testing, this one looks like the old one. Is that right? Or is it subtly different...
The top of the middle section of the diffuser is still closed off! Why? Appear to be in trouble with high tire wear and big drop off over just a few runs. James Allen said on his website that yesterday he watched Kovi who just could get on the power coming out of corners. This doesnt sound like a team just sandbagging to me!

They do have radiators, they don't have fans like a car does.

I just did the same. Worth a pop I reckon. I also saw odds for Timo clock at 110/1 which going on testing (to stay on topic!) I would say isn't a bad shout either!

That comment is redundant though as these are not anywhere near a road car. So, anyone with a gram or two of brain mass would now that anything these cars use, they don't use like road cars do.
