Alfa Romeo will be a Haas sponsor.
Alfa didn't want to partner with Haas. Alfa Romeo has decided to pursue FIA WEC participation instead.
Looks like they wanted the same deal with Haas that Alfa got from Sauber 7 years ago. Apparently, Haas is still laughing.

So they wanted naming rights for pennies on the dollar  .

Can anyone help me understand the implications of their chassis name being "Kick Sauber"? On F1.com under teams, it shows them as "Kick Sauber" not "Stake F1 Team". When/where will they be referred to by the chassis name and when/where by the team name? Usually, it doesn't make much of a difference since the chassis name is just without sponsors, but here they are actually two different identities.

Depends on the laws behind promoting gambling in the country their in. I would also take a guess thats why on F1's socials they refer to them as Kick Sauber.
