Higher res of that twitter image. I can't see any recent images either of the MP4/29 or 30 with the curved rear wing like that, or the red engine cover fin? (bottom left corner)

This rear wing is from MP4 26. The shape of drs actuator is very basic. Later all teams reshaped it like RB
