Paul James Team Manager at McLaren has left the team after over 20 years, replacement unknown.
Blake Hinsey Senior Simulator Engineer at Red Bull (Max's former performance engineer) has left the team to persue a career in gaming.

Tim Milne is new Head of Aero joining from the failed Panthera Team Asia project. He was previous Manor, Caterham, Toyota.
Keith Barclay is the new Chief Designer joining from Red Bull advanced; he'll work alongside Akio Haga.
Dave Mylett is the new Head of R&D joining from Red Bull where he was Structural Analysis Group leader.
Neil Bellamy who was Head of Model Design is now head of Aero Operations.
