They simply finished what they wanted to do earlier.
Its quite tiring for any driver to grind the whole day out doing 150plus laps. Even though they are super fit it is still too much to expect. Ferrari have not split the session between 2 drivers like the other teams. In that case its possible for each driver to do 80plus laps each session. 30-40 laps gap to other teams each day of testing does in no way effect or change where they will ultimately stand in 2019 championship.
If there was any issue there are Sky-spies all around the paddock to report the same,
