From the little I could see, drivers on fast laps don't really slow down at the end of main straight (due to harvesting), they hit about 335-340 and are immediately on the brakes.

There are these guys as well, they are using F1 data with their commentary.

I'm not a big fan of the commentary, but worth a share.

It is interesting to watch the trackmap with the cars and the speed shown. You can see them experimenting.
