It is on the center of the wing, this is legal due to the central 15cm rule where teams are free to bolt on wings.

This year yes, although last year Renault used something similair and teams have been using tis area to create a slot in the beam wing.

Wonder if they'll try the RBR exhaust again, or at least bring an off-throttle map, they seem to be very competitive on an even terms.
