What did i say about Hamilton being outqualified again...... I was ahead of the curve again. Russell's got Lewis's number this year especially in qualy. This is why Merc let him go because Lewis has lost it over qualy pace. Understandable because of age. Great performance.

I hope lewis and george has the same engine performance. From onboard, it is clear that Russel got ahead at the hig speed corners and on the straight. I would love to see the straight speeds

Great job boys! All to play for tomorrow. Looking at the sky pad analysis, Hamilton lost most the time in sector 2 and the high speed stuff, maybe a bit less confidence or setup related? Glad he's p2 and not p7 as I typically go to sleep crying after qualifying

I doubt that his qualifying pace has anything to do with his move. And he's a tenth off not 4 tenths or anything...

Maybe George has a little less downforce? IIRC George has some new power unit components this weekend

What a shame that Lewis is leaving now that Mercedes if finally getting their act together. Meanwhile things don't look so rosy at Ferrari. Amazing day by Merc. Antonelli won the sprint race too. Lewis still can't crack George on Saturdays.

Well Merc didnt let him go, he decided to leave. Also Merc just got a front row lock out at Silverstone and people are still here just complaining about and comparing the drivers. ad nauseam

He was hesistant from copse through to chapel. Thats qualifying though...just got to sling it and make it stick.

But...front row lockout. Thats just amazing.

And in a track with high speed as well!! Jeddah high speed looked like we were on par with the 2021 Haas!
