So, is this likely going to be a 2 stop or it’s tyre management to the flag?

The problem with a 2 stop is Vettel… Who is on a one stop strategy… They would need to make the overtake on Vettel first.

A gap needs to be build behind, if they were to stop they would be behind the train again, so McLaren won’t pull the trigger first… A one stopper for the team

Lando was lapping faster than both Mercedes now for several laps, which is pretty quick

Honestly, this is so unexpected. It's all tire related. You can't predict who is going to struggle and when. Ferrari are horrid today because they chew their tires like there's no tomorrow.

I believe that the Qualy performance was based on Downforce, with McLaren going for a bit more to protect the tires in the race… Look at Red Bull, they had to go for a 2 stopper because their low downforce configuration was also killing his tires

There is a good gap to Gasly, Dani needs to protect his tires since he was one of the first to stop… But the tires should last to the end
