I think the race director called VSC intentionally after leaders went by.

The car looks like a monster on tyres. We are matching cars on new hards with old mediums. They will have tyre delta to the end.

And we may luck into a SC/VSC stop if anything happens now.

I think they told him in time, not sure if he didn't get the SC lights.

He may be able to pit because the SC is keeping them behind. He is ahead of SC car, so I guess they will all be let ahead.

Safety car merged BETWEEN Norris and the rest. So Lando was able to lap faster than the rest.
