There's been way too much churn in Red Bull's pit crew in the last year or two, makes it harder to get fast/consistent times. But still, the last couple of years even under Horner the pit times were trending down, I'm sure they are still training like they used too but things haven't improved, I'm surprised it's not ones of the areas Mekies has tried to improve, or maybe he has and we've not seen the results yet.
Wrt the Rear wing, that's just a classic bait headline, there's been 4 teams with rotating rear wings now, only RBR have faced issues, it happens sometimes with parts so complex, it's F1. Also, RBR raced multiple times without issue until they crashed and found out and Racing Bulls haven't even raced yet how can it be declared more reliable already
