Oh David George is an interesting one. US HPD in Indy Car > RB/ Honda. Also has a NASCAR background too.

Looks like he left Honda in 2022 and has been adjuncting in the interim.

Likely knows a thing or two about Honda’s ERS and 2026 engines are all about ERS.

Maybe.

I know people who have worked at HPD, they have all sorts of firewalls between groups. It’s an interesting place, but they are very serious about data. For example the dyno engineers weren’t allowed to talk to the design engineers, as they don’t want one to influence the other. The data is the data.

Jack Hordley joins McLaren as a suspension design specialist. Was previously at Williams, Mercedes and Alpha Tauri.

I cant understand what is happening at Mercedes. Loic Serra to Ferrari is a big loss. He is a very senior engineers at Mercedes and he know very very much as performance engineer. Toto is talking about Red Bull engineers to Mercedes but there is no big name not even medium engineers. Loic Serra is just a too important man in Brackley to downplay or to minimalise his importance.
