Hamilton could take a pitlane start, but remember he will get promoted quite far up the field. A P10 start isn't entirely unrealistic for him.

Hamilton also got to run full wets only, so it's hard to judge his possible performance on inters. It's not like Norris looked particularly quick on that tire either, and I'd assume he was pretty happy with his car in the end.

I guess thats a good point too considering the car was already raised and wet tyres also have a similar effect of raising the car even more.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but at what point has Max served his penalty? Does the race need to actually start or do we only need the official starting grid for it the be “served”?
