Honestly I don’t understand what Ferrari is doing anymore. We’re halfway through 2025 and the car is still unpredictable. One race it looks okay, next race it’s nowhere. Leclerc keep saying that they both have similar styles.. not even close, it's smoke and mirrors. They’ve clearly built the SF-25 around Leclerc input, but what’s the point if not delivering results. Ok, Leclerc might win a race or two in a season, but that’s not how you fight for a title. Even some ex-drivers have started pointing out the obvious as the reds might be putting their energy into the wrong direction. Hamilton will deliver if you give him the right car.. he’s proven it seven times. So why aren’t Ferrari putting more focus on him instead? And I’m not saying Leclerc is a bad driver, he’s fast.. for sure, but if they keep developing the car with his preferences in mind, they’ll just keep getting the same outcome.. no real title shot. If Leclerc is truly as adaptable as people claim then he should be able to adjust. What’s stopping them? Hamilton has experience, racecraft and knows what it takes to win under pressure. The real mystery isn’t why the car’s inconsistent .. it’s why Ferrari keeps making the same mistakes year after year. If they want a real shot at a championship again, they need to shift direction and fast.

Only Hamilton fans make Hamilton villainous...its sad to see people saying Charles isn't a good driver or inconsistent. He is surpassing all expectations with a dog of a car. Lewis is here to sell merchandise and look good in front of the camera...he'll never win another championship. He might as well cash in while he can...no shame in that.

The team must work like dogs to get this suspension to Canada if not Austria. Silverstone is too late and there's a 3 week break after meaning it will take a long time to verify data for future updates

I dont think there's any 'too late' for it, because the goal here is clearly just 'ensure we've got what it takes to improve this car and validate our analysis and design capabilities and build confidence and momentum for 2026', not to win any championship which is a long gone hope.

This was floated by AR a few weeks ago but in more of a "it'd be nice if they did this but it's not being planned" way.

Relevant, their article released today talking about Ferrari/Canada doesn't mention it. But they could be saving that bombshell for a stream or another article.

If they (Ferrari) do bring it to Canada I hope they didn't rush it and the speed is just because they found something that accelerated the process. Else I'd be worried we end up with a Spain spec issue like last year.

It's so weird that people can't acknowledge that more than one driver can be good. Leclerc is very good. Hamilton is (perhaps was) very good. Russell is very good. It's much too early to be making final decisions about whether Hamilton and Leclerc can perform in the same bracket but we'll learn more as the season progresses. There will always be people with an agenda (see anyone saying that Russell crushed Hamilton despite scoring fewer points, fewer podiums and only one more race win), but they are best ignored. And any driver comparison is probably best in a separate thread.

It's just distractions from the navy blue car's fans.

Ferrari are fine. 2nd in the constructors, gaining more points in the last 3 races than everyone that is not McLaren.
Hamilton scored more points than he did last year. Has not wasted points with any crashes or temper tantrums. The team is not dissappointed at all. It's a long season and the best time to learn and acclimatize is when you don't have the best car.
All is well. No point in degrading the thread to driver ying yang. Hamilton has nothing to prove, he'a still the GOAT, just and old one, and nothing wrong with Ferrari wanting Charles to get a title with Lewis in decline at Ferrari to retire.
If Lewis wins a few races, eats pizza and sells caps that's fine.
When Ferrari make the best car that's when Hamilton will come alive.

Ferrari will continue developing its SF-25. That's all we learn from Maranello. Vasseur refuses to specify either the timing or scope of possible upgrades. On one hand, to avoid raising excessive expectations in Italy, and on the other, because perhaps more track time in understanding the tires matters more than a modified floor. Only one remark from the Frenchman caught attention: "We will bring upgrades, but not all will be visible." This suggests changes to the mechanics.
