Could you explain more ?
he thinks they are no longer racing team. but no need argue against that since its his personal believe..
but anyway, coming back to qualy, I was checking f1 tempo seems like Charles is quicker aginst oscar and max in corner, but seems to lose out a lot on the strights, too much drag/downforce?
Ferrari went for a different direction for this race compared to McL and especially RB.
Without the tow, Max would have been something like 0.15s slower.

In my eyes Ferrari wasn't able today to put temp's in front tyre's.
Let's hope that this tomorrow will be their gain. The car is very gentle on the tyre's so we can start on soft and before the middle of the race we go to mediums.
Do we know how the hard's are performing?

Hard was the best performing race tyre yesterday

Ultimately disappointing session but the reaction of the world ending is a lot. Yes in Imola it's an especially tough situation because of the overtaking options but at least we should be in for an exciting race.

Maybe we should consider what today would have looked like without the upgrades first before being being so negative about the effort put in by the team.

He compared the Q2/Q3 improvement in 2022 and 2024 for both Leclerc and Max.

You can clearly see the issue we have this year with the SF 24.

Because the SF-24 feels the difference between Q2 and Q3  It's up to the drivers to find the track progression and nail the lap when the pressure is on.

Yeap, Ferrari and MCLaren drivers had troubles in S1, count also the tow that max got and his ability to put all in when it matters and you get the today qual.
If tomorrow was high temps i would had been positive even if the track doesn't help in passes but with the lower temperatures tomorrow, the best result for us will be 3nd and 4th.
I just cross my fingers for a good start, not to pass anyone but to keep their position.

Which means Sainz and Leclerc have become stupid and incapable of delivering a much better lap in Q3 since 2022 :D

Or maybe with this chassis is probably much more difficult to extract the 100% of the performance from the soft tyres with minimal amount of fuel.

Q1 and Q2 were just showboating. Ferrari is not serious about racing.
Reported. Ranting and nonsense have no place in team threads
Sorry for upsetting you it was not my intention to annoy people. But actually I wasn't ranting at all. I was much more the depressed than furious

Or maybe there are always new excuses while the only invariant is Ferrari not being in front.

Piastri dropped 3 places. Charles P3, Carlos P4.

Hopefully huge to get both drivers on the Podium tomorrow.

So, the only solution for tomorrow is Leclerc going longer than everyone and hope for a SC?

Orr overtake them.

The medium does look a bit more volatile compared to the hard, so I'd say the undercut holds more power than in previous years. If they can find a good gap on track and still be able to pit earlier, that will be great. Very circumstantial though, probably unpopular as well.

Excuse? This is not an excuse, but a limitation of the car.

Karun on the US Sky Sports broadcast mentioned the track temperature had dropped at least 5 degrees over the course of the qualifying session. Can anyone intelligently guess how much of a deficit would this place on the SF-24 relative to the Mclaren? Thanks.
