So I guess you're now worried about both Button and Magnussen? :D

If he truly had such a problem, does it mean he runs different software from Ricciardo? That would raise the same stink we had with Webber. It doesn't make sense to say one car had software issues and the other didn't, especially as the software is burnt directly unto chips for robustness in rugged environments like F1.
If he and Ricciardo use the same software, we can conclude that Vettel is having a tough time adapting to the 2014 formula.

I think Mag will have a similar type of race. I expect Lewis and Nico to pull away and Williams to come up through the field fighting with Ferrari for the last podium.
Then you misinterpret the FP times...the Redbulls had superb long runs, much better than Williams or Ferrari. And Ric did not have single, fast laps, but he did several constant, perfect laps on the inters in Q2 which have been always in the range of the Mercs. The only problem for Redbull is the lack of power, so if he gets into the pack and is held up in the corners, he will have big problems on the straights.

Come on....we are through that. Renault already explained the problem in detail. It is a defective sensor and put the ECU into a not working default mapping.
So please, no more stupid reading into the drivers abilities...

Actually we do not know anything about the start. We even do not know if the Mercs start better than the Renaults...
Maybe Ferrari starts perfect, because they could practice it with the test mule...or Merc starts perfect because they have the best software during running...or Renault starts best, because they have no harvesting problems at the start...

11h to go. Stay calm. I'm also trying. [-o<

Raikkonen on his crash:
I was just playing around with the switches or something and got a little bit of wheelspin and touched the wall.

Seemed like more than a "touch" to me. In all seriousness, I'm loving the honesty of Kimi. Everything seems straightforward when he says it.

[last 3 rows Bottas, no point in putting Massa's; with some unknowns like traffic etc. ]
Can you explain your way of interpretation that results in "superb and much better than Williams" conclusion?

The problem is that you do not put in Massa`s time. Why?
With Massa you can see it: Vettel and Bottas did the mid-fuel-longruns and Ric and Mas did the high-fuel-longruns. Ric gained 8 sec in 13 laps of his run on Massa. Vet and Bot did quite similar with Vettel doing 4 laps more, so probably more fuel.

Vettels longrun pace was about 0,5 seconds faster than bottas, about 1 second faster than ricciardo and about 1,5 seconds faster than massas. So all in all RBRs longrun pace was better than Williams under dry conditions. Just to mention: Both Mercs are running in a different league atm.

About the above graph and post : I can't be bothered to dissect but half second per lap? Including 1:38 on the first proper lap and without equalising length?

Because they are irrelevant/incomparable, Massa was on a different program/much longer run 20 laps (1.3.. laps), Vettel/Bottas 14/15. It's not about team average and proving points but sound conclusions and avoiding garbage in - garbage out.

You are right mate. Sorry to bother you with numbers. Everyone is lying at you includung numbers but especially Horner and Marko because they all want to protect poor Vettel from your superior analysis knowledge.

This post is good example of garbage in, garbage in the middle and garbage out.
Out of context quote and empty reply. There were plenty of numbers in previous post, three rows of numbers you perhaps missed. What exactly is your point if you even have one? You want that badly to include 20 laps Massa stint to prove Red Bull's pace is superb and much faster than Williams'? Be my guest.

But it's temporary. Renault and RBR said they are still a bit far from the ERS limits...
