Of course. It's baffling why Fallows has struggled so much to bring effective updates to Aston Martin Racing!
There seems to be a pattern. It really took Peter Prodromou quite some time at McLaren, another example is Pete Machin, who failed as Head of Aero at Renault, Dan Fallows is a further example where the work in the Red Bull environment was very successful but failed at another team.

I don't remember Peter Prodromou being anything but the head of aero at McLaren until recently. Even now, he's a lower case td(Shares the job with others).

He has been all sorts of Aero director since 2014.

Yeah, I don't agree with that. He worked with him all those years and now he can't work with him at AMR?
It was said they had a poor relationship. Of course, this may not be true.
