Nothing from the FIA so no pen, i've seen people online posting the fia's decisions on similar incidents when its not during a race or quali and yea, its never a penalty so i guess he was never really in danger of one.

There's been much worse during a free practise that escaped with a reprimand. Stroll hitting Hamilton on purpose during the free practise in Spain 2024 in a road rage and the same thing Leclerc has done with Lando Norris on the same practise. Both were reprimanded but received no penalty. Max charging the pitlane exit in Suzuka 2024 passing cars with half his car in the grass with the wall inches close and under rain. No penalty again. (2018)Hamilton out of his car with the marshals pushing his DNFed Mercedes to the pits while the track had cars with double yellows.

It's a pity though that some here are exploiting this rare opportunity of a driver mistake to bring out their inferiority complex and behave like clowns. Isn't it about time the Ferrari community get along?

I've technically been here from the Barcelona GP and it's a pity seeing the Ferrari community be at war instead of celebrating a very good result.

The gap to Mercedes PU is considerable, like 20-30 hp. A mid-season upgrade might get an extra 5 hp and that's it. There's no magic solution to cut a 30 hp difference in a year.

And let's not forget that thanks to the BS ADUO regulations, which considered the Red Bull PU as the benchmark, Mercedes will also be entitled to upgrade its engine.

Regarding the news about the 2027 engine, I really have no idea how much they can redesign the engine into a new concept given the regulations that limit that.
