Apparently he'll join Renault.

For Ocon and Perez to stay put, there needs to be a force india which is not looking likely right now.NathanOlder wrote: ↑03 Aug 2018, 13:12I thought Marko hated Sainz and didnt want him next to Max again. So has to be Gasly. Surely Mclaren wont let Lando go to RedBull.
Ricciardo to Renault,
Sainz to Toro Rosso
Norris to Toro Rosso
Gasly to RedBull
Ocon to stay put
Perez to stay put
Hulk to stay put
Hartley out
is my Guess
edit: or Sainz to Mclaren to replace Fernando who goes to IndyCar

I don't see Sainz going to Toro Rosso, would be great for the team, but I doubt it. He could end up in a Red Bull or Mclaren.NathanOlder wrote: ↑03 Aug 2018, 13:12I thought Marko hated Sainz and didnt want him next to Max again. So has to be Gasly. Surely Mclaren wont let Lando go to RedBull.

Me either, I would think McLaren is likely, to replace either driver. I thought Ocon to Renault was pretty much a done deal?Ground Effect wrote: ↑03 Aug 2018, 13:20I don't see Sainz going to Toro Rosso, would be great for the team, but I doubt it. You, me and probably the rest of the world thought Ocon was a sure deal. It's a bold move by Daniel, but it was obvious that Red Bull see Max as their future, and Daniel wasn't given what he felt he deserved. It could be money, it could simply be assurances.Xero wrote: ↑03 Aug 2018, 13:24Me either, I would think McLaren is likely, to replace either driver. I guess he wants to be team leader, Hulk is good but not quite in Ric's class.
They put a new mgu-k in Alonso’s car but it was the old version. Only Renault use the new one because it, conveniently for them, requires changes to packaging that don’t suit Mclaren and Redbull designs.PhillipM wrote: ↑01 Aug 2018, 19:12Bollocks. Mclaren have been using the new MGU-K since Austria!Espresso wrote: ↑01 Aug 2018, 17:56Well both MCL and RBR wanted the MGU-K for testing in Silverstone. Renault refused to supply them.

Think Renault just want them to use the MGU-K as guinea pig in real races....
In practice and in races.
