the "good" news is that in Budapest there shouldn't be much difference between wet/dry setup, in any case you go with full downforce so you shouldn't fall in the trap of Spa where a wet setup was harmful in a dry race

As an aside, I met Chris once, absolutely lovely guy and what he does not know about 911's is not worth knowing!!!
