Er, yes. Is that a problem? If you think it is, keep in mind that the OP did not specify any category of racing and this site is F1Technical, not Championship Grand Prix Technical. :wink:

Detroit street circuit?

It's definately Jacques Laffite in the Williams Honda FW09, so def 1984.
