The new suspension seems to be working properly. Was never expecting it to put them level with McLaren, especially around Hungary, but it's a solid step forward.

Whatever Vasseur is doing at the factory is paying off. Every year now they are able to develop properly and become competitive.

i mean McLaren has bought update, but if we had this since first race, then ferrari would have been lot closer to McLaren and Ferrari could have focused on bring performance related updates, which they have now canceled coz its too late #-o .. this season stings.

Once it's dialed in properly, there might still be a couple of chances for a win on a higher speed track.

Monza comes to mind. And maybe COTA

Leclerc well adjusted and performing well with the new suspension, but Mclaren is just unreal around Hungaroring.
They are still trying new things, presumably to gather knowledge for the 2026 car: LEC had an unloaded RW than HAM in FP1, and then both ran with it in FP2.

However, what they don't mention is the fact that since Mugello, they have been conducting trials with the new/modified rear suspension. The rumor is that they still haven't run the car at the ride height it was designed for, and therefore haven't achieved the optimum DF levels they were getting out from the WT and CFD. And the proof of that rumor is that since the Spa Sprint race until here in FP3, we couldn't see sparks coming out of the floor. Some said that now the "deleted" new floor aimed for Zanvoort was designed around the new/modified/updated rear suspension, but they decided not to build it further due to the reasons that it would not get enough performance increase and that the money could be better spent on the 2026 car. And the final reason was that even without this floor, they could not lose the 2nd place in WCC, and this upgrade could have brought only occasional wins in certain few favorable conditions for the car in the upcoming races ...

What was the factory doing in the winter? Designing a compromised car to then spend most of the season trying to fix it is not how this works

Like I said last week, Hamilton is now not even close to the Hamilton that many know as a 7 time champion and Ferrari truly screwed up in bringing him in, at least as far as F1 goes, I have ZERO interest in the marketing pros, from an F1 perspective they messed up big time!

Ferrari has less downforce than Aston Martin with the difference that it's way less draggy. Absolutely hilarious.

Even if they had top top peak Ham and cloned him….they still wouldn’t be any higher in the standings than they are.
