They have a rear braking problem. Alonso had to go slower down the straight to be able to stop in time for turn 1. They had the same problem in FP1 but whatever they did has made it worse. Good news is they're last, they can make whatever changes they want and they'll still be last. Oh and clearly they have vibrations down the straights again, sounded like a rev limiter again.
Separate issue. So he had 3 issues. The rear wing didn't open, the vibrations and rear braking. Even though he was going slow, the rear wing was closed(didn't open), he still couldn't stop for turn 1.
