Wonder how up to speed BB is on AMR24?

Remember what happened to McLaren after Keys left? No they weren't locked out!!

They say bb is temporary until a future decision. The technical director is responsible for everything, so also the suspension.

Right but they're waiting for Newey and Cardile , Cardile doesn't join till June 2025 ....

being responsible doesn't say what he does.

We have sure about Cardille starts just in June? i still believe will be in January, i remeber seeing in an article saing January.

Maybe now, with bob bell and others in front and Fallow out of the way, maybe can AMR25 could be better than how he is today, but, i think they will start 2025 fighting in the back row, around p13-p14. I know fallow is not the unique responsable about AMR24, but, all of us remeber, last year they had conflicts between factory team and track team about where the development should move in. Fallow probably was in the front one of these

But in AM's case just for the front suspension as the rear one is coming from Mercedes.

It's June or July and AM are fighting with Ferrari to get it shortened. Ferrari asked for the MAX cause they were pissed. So it might get shortened but who knows.

The other thing is if your "official" TD is internal, they can start right away. Otherwise.... what are the chances that the external guy you want is available???? Minimum wait will be another 6 months.

Bob's gonna be there till 2026 unless the TD replacement is some internal person.

Aston Martin have also signed former Ferrari chassis technical director Enrico Cardile as chief technical officer, but the two teams are still negotiating his start date.

The plan is to appoint a new technical director, but likely only after Newey and Cardile have started work and decided their plans.
